Ms. Autumn Ogawa was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii. She started dancing at the age of 3 and performing at the age of six. Autumn attended Idyllwild Arts Academy, CA as a theatre major, and has a degree in Musical Theatre from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy. She has worked as a director, choreographer & teacher of Contemporary Dance, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Musical Theatre for Punahou School, Punahou Dance School, and Mid-Pacific Institute School of the Arts.

Autumn has appeared in over 50 musicals and stage productions. She performed in the Broadway Lab production of the new Maltby/Shire musical Behind The Painting, starring Sierra Boggess & Bie Sukrit, directed by Tak Viravan, with choreography by Dan Knechtges. She also filmed the independent dramatic adaptation of the award-winning novel by Graham Salisbury, Under The Blood Red Sun, in the lead role as ‘Mama’ Nakaji. Following the completion of that film, she returned to the stage performing in Seussical (Ensemble) at The Muny, The King and I (Fan Dancer/Eliza) at ZACH Theatre, and South Pacific (Liat) at Asolo Repertory Theatre. Autumn was a part of the Original Broadway Cast, in Lincoln Center Theater’s Tony Award winning revival of The King and I (Fan Dancer, Dog, Understudy Uncle Thomas, Little Eva, Topsy) starring Kelli O'Hara and Ken Watanabe, directed by Bartlett Sher, music direction by Ted Sperling, and choreography by Christopher Gattelli.

Autumn’s credits include  Chorus Line (Cassie), Once On This Island (Ti Moune), Annie (Grace), The King and I (Eliza), South Pacific (Liat), The Nutcracker (Clara), and Flower Drum Song (Wu Mei-Li) for which she received a Po’okela Award as Leading Female in a Musical. Production team credits include Anything Goes (Stage Manager), The American Musical & Dramatic Academy (Assistant Stage Manager & Dance Captain), Riz-Biz Productions (Dance Assistant), The Sound Of Music (Assistant), Singin’ In The Rain (Dance Captain), Elf The Musical (Assistant), Hawaii Ballet Theatre (Rehearsal Assistant), and Pacific Swing Hawaii (Production Supervisor, Co-Choreographer, Dance Captain).

She has worked as a Principal Singer and Dancer for Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Universal Studios, and Walt Disney World where she was selected to be a part of the Opening Team for Animal Kingdom and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa.
