HONOLULU CLASSICAL BALLET SUMMER INTENSIVE 2018

Program Details

Program A (2-weeks)  June 25 - July 6

Summer Intensive Program A with Mr. Tom Mattingly.  Ages 11+

Program B (6-weeks)  June 18 - July 27

Summer Intensive Program B with Tom Mattingly, John Lam, Romi Beppu, Aya Duong, and David Barbour

Curriculum: classical technique, pointe technique, classical variations, repertoire, neoclassical, contemporary, ballet history, nutrition and injury prevention, and pilates.

Summer Intensive Performance: Friday, July 27. Time TBD.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm- 4:30 pm

Tuition: $2550 for 6-week session. $500 non-refundable deposit due by April 1, 2018 upon acceptance into program.

Video Requirements:

• Barre work: tendus, ronde de jambes, adagio and grand battements
• Center work: adagio, turning combination (including pirouettes en dehors and en dedans), petite allegro and grand allegro. Basic pointe work at barre and center required. 

Dancers will be informed of acceptance into the program by March, 15, 2018.
