Ms. Amanda Petit was born in Tennessee, and grew up in Georgia. She is a certified Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) instructor. PBT training applies dancer specific exercises to strengthen the body in a way that uses their body’s natural stace safely.

She has been a Primary Instructor at The Dallas Conservatory, teaching ages two to adults. She also worked as a Prodigy Competition Director, teacher, and choreographer with Royalty Dance Academy. 

Ms. Amanda received her ballet training at Atlanta Ballet Conservatory and danced professionally with the Atlanta Ballet under the Direction of John McFall and Gennadi Nedvigin. She went on to study communications at Columbus State University. 

She has a passion for teaching students how to confidently present themselves  through movement, music, and skills learning in classical, neoclassical, and contemporary ballet training.
